128- Welcome home! I look forward to meeting Tiger.

188- Oh my, oh my. Thank goodness for leashes! That one corner of the fence, where there's a dip, with the chicken wire? I think it took Rusty 1/2 a second to get his head, neck, and half his back under there! But he was foiled by the leash I had a firm grip on. What a stinker! Pip was happy just running around, mostly in circles. Getting them back in the house was easy--but I could tell they were staying as far away from the pen as they could! Sometimes I wish I was back up north where they don't allow fireworks.

192- Fluffy is behaving so well! Using her pads, eating well, staying where she's supposed to. Very happy to get outside and run around, too. Happy barks when I arrive!

83- Well, as I said earlier, benny looked like he was having a wonderful time at his sleepover. Maya sounded great--no sniffles, no sneezing. That's such a good thing. Danny was a sweetie--as you said, he seems much less Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde now. Alas, maybe Coco turned him against all girl kitties, eh?

135- Sweet Pea must be out visiting, taking advantage of the nice temperatures. Fred was home snoozing, as was Maggie. It's rare that I get a picture of Maggie, eh?

74- Molly and Jack are doing good. Jack was making his purring sound, and then the tiniest, littelest squeaks. Molly of course asked for crackers, and when I didn't respond immediately, she said Kiss? Kiss? Very soft and sweet, but she wasn't fooling me!

126- Lexie, Wookie, and Beaux are all doing well. Wookie REALLY wanted that last busy bone, but I just didn't think that would be fair to the others. Kiwi is good, didn't eat much today though. BTW- I couldn't help but notice the hot dog maker under the tree. My son gave hubby the same one for Christmas! I think I finally got a picture of Beaux standing still.

74- Pictures are reruns--Jack was already trying to sleep when I arrived and I didn't want to disturb him. Molly was ready for a "cracker" though. But then, she always is!

126- Wookie was cracking me up tonight. He had one of those busy bones, and was carrying it around growling. I think he's going to keep it forever. There was another one on the bed, I'm sure that was Beaux's because I know Lexie would have chewed hers up immediately.

192- Found the dog food! YAY! Fluffy is doing really well with the potty pads and has totally settled into our routine. I'm very proud of her!

135- Today was the first day Sweet Pea was not at home, but it was a beautiful day, so I wasn't surprised. Red Fred wanted to eat his food on the floor (in a bowl on the floor, that is) instead of up in his customary perch.

128- Daisy and Sally are doing okay--seemed to be a little disconcerted both by the fireworks people are setting off, and the growly dog somewhere behind your house. They just wanted to do their business and get back inside. I am impressed that they haven't demolished the new little kitty toys!

128- Good to see the girls again--and they both looked so spiffy with their bandanas and Daisy's new 'do. I sent you an e-mail also.

188- Rusty and Pip are doing well, although Rusty is digging a lot. I think on New Years Eve I'll have to move them into the garage--folks here do a lot of fireworks on New Years Eve. Some have even started already.

192- Sent you an e-mail. Fluffy is doing great--what a sweet, sweet girl. She just zooms around the backyard. Here's the video I took the first day after it finally stopped raining: video

135- All the kitties (and fish) are doing fine--and Sweet pea is even staying home. Maggie is always on your bed, and very affectionate. And...I haven't seen Red Fred and Sweet Pea being mean to each other even one time!

188- Rusty and Pip- I forgot to take a picture of Rusty and Pip, because it was raining so steadily, and was going to go on all day and night, I moved them to the garage. Forgot all about the picture. But they seemed very relieved to be inside. That's quite a hole Rusty has going up against the house!

169- The girls were all happy to GO out, but none wanted to STAY out for very long, since it's rained, rained, rained. Tiny was on the back porch, White Sox on the front.

191- Bubba is such a friendly kitty! Just wanted to be loved on. His little lion toy was right by his food dish--I guess Bubba was sharing his dinner.

92- Both boys were asleep when I arrived--Bobby on the leather couch, Snoopy on his bed. This weather makes us all want to curl up and sleep!

192- Fluffy squeezed out again. I tried to block it really good today, but she's smart! I think she misses all of you.

112- Another successful day with Murphy, and he was a lot calmer afterward today. Liked that tuna--I'm not sure he left any for the others! But everybody came out to eat--I had an audience while I was getting things ready.

142- Meyoshi was very interested in my phone/camera--can you tell? All is well.

185- Gris was very happy today, and again ate his Lysine right up. I hid some of the other treats around the house, so he could have a few surprises during the day.

135- Everyone was home again today--it was not a nice day, weather-wise. Maggie was asleep on your bed, I brought her some treats.

153- All is well, no deliveries lately. Very rainy, and pretty chilly. Maybe Bruin will use his cabin tonight.

193- Bubby made me laugh tonight after our walk. (During which he cried--I don't think he liked the rain). When we got back home, he raced up the stairs, then back down, then turned to look at me and hopped his butt up the stairs, backwards! What a goof!

112- As I said in the text, things went fine with Murphy, and I'll be happy to show you how I did it. But that stuff must taste really bad! Every one else enjoyed watching his post-medicine antics!

111- Marshmallow wasn't quite sure about trusting me, so Moe had extra time to eat before she decided to join in. This is as close as she'd let me get with the camera, though.

92- Snoopy was in a no eat mood again, but frisky. The guys had the water turned off, but I used some of the bottled water in the fridge.

192- Fluffy met me at the door, she had pushed the gate aside. But she was good! Funny little noises she makes when she's happy!

185- Gris was eager to eat his Lysine treats today, that was a little bit of a change. Good to see him again...is he a little heavier?

135- All the kitties were home, and ate. Fed fish too. Sorry I couldn't help with the package today, but I'll take care of it tomorrow.

153- The girls are pretty calm, but Dumas, oh Dumas! He races up and down the hallway, and he got the lid off the Pounce treats! I put it in your cabinet over the coffee maker.

193- Forgot to take a new picture today. But Bubby and I are are having a good time--he's a very playful pup!

Thursday, December 22, 2011

193- Bubby and I got along just peachy! He was excited to see me, happy to go on his walk, and then we played a while upstairs. He liked getting his tummy rubbed.

92- Snoopy wasn't interested in eating today. I don't think he liked the rain we had last night, he didn't want to go out at all. Bobby was feeling fine though. The workers have been at your house several days running now.
